Luke 18:35-43 ...Jesus stopped and ordered the man to be brought to him. When he came near, Jesus asked him, "What do you want me to do for you?" "Lord, I want to see," he replied...
I love the accounts of Jesus' healings recorded throughout the Gospels. My very favorite has to be the account of a blind beggar receiving his sight. Jesus asks, quite simply, "What do you want me to do for you?" and the blind beggar replies, quite simply, "Lord, I want to see." After this simple dialogue, Jesus restores the blind beggar's sight. This healing is beautiful to me in its utter simplicity.
Our dialogue with God doesn't have to be complicated. He is always ready and waiting to have a heartfelt, simple, yet beautiful dialogue with you!
Love this!! Thank you for the reminder!!
